Welcome to the Lilly Pharmaceutical Education and Training Portal. This page is designed to help you become better acquainted with your new Nextel & Motorola devices. This portal is our initial iteration. This will be upgraded and improved as new information becomes available about software upgrades and changes in cellular and wifi technology.

We have produced instructional videos to help introduce you to your new products. If you’d prefer, we have device user guides, instructional publications and different “one sheets” you can download. These can assist with additional instruction or for training new hires.

If you are having any connectivity issues with any of your Nextel or Motorola devices, please feel free to call Client Services and speak with our Lilly specific tech. The number is 888-213-2974. As we mentioned previously, our Lilly Tech & Client Services line is open from 10:00am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. You can also email us 24 hours a day a lillyservices@eventtone.com. We will respond in one business day.

If you need a replacement for a damaged or missing device, please download the Lilly RMA document below. You can access it by clicking on the link below. Simply fill it out and email it to: lillyservices@eventtone.com. We will contact you and make arrangements to have you send back the damaged device and ship you a replacement.
